About this Event:
The Willsboro Fish and Game Club will be sponsoring a youth pheasant hunt on September 26th and 27th. The hunt will take place near the intersection of Clark Road and Lakeshore Road in Essex, NY.
This event is open to youth ages 12 to 15. Participants must have a valid New York State hunting license and must attend at least one of the practice sessions at the Willsboro Fish and Game Club prior to the hunt.
For information about the practice sessions, please contact John Oliver at 518-569-1869. Lunch and drinks will be provided on both days.
This event is not hosted by NYSDEC. Sole responsibility and liability for the event falls to the event hosting organization

HFNY events allow you to see what the outdoor experience and wildlife conservation are all about.
Event topics can include target shooting, archery, fishing, field dressing, trapping, mentored hunts, seminars, social gatherings and more.

HuntFishNY events are offered by NY DEC and a network of partners and instructors who conduct hands-on events, teaching the basics of hunting, fishing, trapping, outdoor safety, wildlife, and other outdoor skills.
DEC may facilitate registration and aid in advertising for HFNY events. If not a DEC hosted or co-hosted event, the logistics and implementation of the event are solely the responsibility of the host.
