About this Event:
Harnish Outdoor Supply would like to invite you to the Shults Farm for a Novice Pheasant hunt!
Hunt details are as follows.
Date: October 25, 2026
Location: 487 Clinton Rd, Canajoharie, NY
Time: 7:00AM – 10:00PM
We will meet at the farm stand between the barn and the house at the address previously listed before we head afield. Participants must have a valid hunting license and bring their own shotgun and ammunition. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear. Additionally, participants must have a hunter orange or pink vest or similar item (ie. hoodie, jacket, shirt) and hat. Participants should also bring their own supply of water.
The hunt will take place, rain or shine.
If you have participated in our hunts before, we kindly ask that you wait until the week of the hunt to sign up, provided there are still available spots. This allows others who have not attended before a chance to participate. Thank you for your understanding!

HuntFishNY events are offered by NY DEC and a network of partners and instructors who conduct hands-on events, teaching the basics of hunting, fishing, trapping, outdoor safety, wildlife, and other outdoor skills.
DEC may facilitate registration and aid in advertising for HFNY events. If not a DEC hosted or co-hosted event, the logistics and implementation of the event are solely the responsibility of the host.
